      image Absolutely awful place I would never come back to. I signed up for the first year of life wellness plan immediately after getting my puppy who ended up passing 8 days later. Now 2 months later I am still fighting with Banfield to let me out of a contract in which I cannot use as my dog is dead. Banfield has been the least bit caring and rude regarding this situation which has been difficult enough on its own. If you want to bring your dog to a place that cares about their clients this is not the place. Just a down right disgusting place
