Love how close it is to my home as my cat screams am the way there! There were very courteous at the front desk. The small examination room helped my kitty feel snug, but the sound acoustics echoed quite a bit so it amplified the Dr's voice which was more scary for my Kitty. But her shots were quick & easy as we got back home within 40 minutes!

Took my cat here on Sat. March 23. Diagnosed with serious out of control thyroid issue, and prescribed medicine. Dr. insisted they use pharmacy in New Jersey to receive medicine in the mail even though I asked if I could use local. It is the morning of Mon. April 8 and medicine still not delivered. Last week Dr. said there is nothing he can do as he has no control over what a pharmacy in NJ does. This was an almost $300 visit. Told him I am changing vets he said let us know where to send your records. Update: I just read your response and I find it flip and disrespectful, I should not have expected anything better. It doesn't matter that she was diagnosed in 2023, her symptoms came back but much worse, with diarrhea and hair pulling. You disregarded my wishes - the first time I asked for a liquid but was insisted to use a cream. This time I asked for a local pharmacy but that didn't happen - it took over 2 weeks to get her meds. No empathy or compassion it seems to me.

I am so grateful we found Dr. Biller, he has the knowledge and experience to diagnose our pets without pushing for unnecessary tests. We have been going to him for decades and he has always been fantastic.

Dr. McComb and staff are outstanding! We have complete confidence in Dr. McComb. You feel like you have known them forever! Their professional level is tops. Fees are acceptable.
