Nice but over priced but to be fair most things are now a days.

We started the home building process with Shea in April 2020 and closed in March of 2021. Throughout the experience, all of the people we interacted with from Shea were very professional and responsive. Their quality of house and options is better than any other builder we've seen out there, and they incorporate many aspects of smart home technology and their designs are very modern and up-to-date compared to other builders. They've also been very responsive since we closed with any warranty items. We love the area here and it's very secluded and just a walk away from Chatfield Reservoir. Highlands Ranch is just on the other side of Santa Fe and there's many options for schools. I would highly recommend this builder and area.

Helen, Kelly, Darren and the rest of the design, sales and construction team are great. This will be our third Shea hone, best builder out there in my opinion. Vast design center selection and the Solstice location cant be beat!! Close in a couple months and the entire process has been very pleasant.
