This review is based solely on customer service. I did some calling around to get my carpets done and spoke with dannielle here. Im on a bit of a tight schedule and even though theyre totally booked shes still trying to find me an appointment!! I ended up going somewhere else just because of time restrictions but Id totally use these guys in the future. She went out of her way to help me and was beyond apologetic, she was so nice both times speaking to her!! Would definitely recommend just based on that

After 10 + years of using Fresh Start chem Dry, I have to say it's over.  The past 3 experiences with them has been unsatisfactory to say the least.  Because I used them so much, i kept giving them the benefit of a doubt.  When Joe was there,  he was on time.  carpets were cleaned, and furniture was moved.  But, the last appointment ( yesterday), was awful.

My carpets don't look like they have ever been cleaned, plus there's a huge water stain on our white carpet that was a puddle of water. Of course the customer service is good when your at the beginning of the cleaning. We were quoted in the $400 range. The bill was $600 after done. The next day I went to our new home to check out the carpets. Looks like they were never done. Now that we're moved in it's harder to clean carpets. Danielle said she would send out her manager to redo the carpets. She texted and said the tech was on his way. It wasn't the manager. So I cancelled and asked for the manager as promised. Yesterday the manager was a no show. Now we can't reach anyone at the office. For $600 I don't give up... I want a refund... If we don't get it... We will play the "Small Claims" Court game if we don't get retuition. DO NOT USE THIS CHEM DRY COMPANY. Do your homework and check out another Chem Dry. Very very upset
