        Athena was rude, condescending, used foul language. Moved through and across carpet with street shoes , no booties, missed many spots, scuffed up baseboards, stain that was primary reason dried worse than when arrived, added another stain near same area. Did not put customer first. Owner was called 4 times , answering service either stated was in meeting or attending to an emergency. 28 hours after paying for service still no call to discuss dissatisfaction. Don’t use this service. They use tap water with a sprayer and a vacuum. Never in 35 years having owned homes and requiring carpets to be cleaned have I experienced such poor quality, rude service and no response when calling company for resolution. A warning!!! Service: Carpet cleaning
