        If I could rate them 10 Stars, I would! I'm a non-paying customer that needed advice on an installation issue with another vendor and Dan was willing to spend some time on the phone answering questions and providing feedback. Exceptional customer service!

        Emporia Home Services took on an especially challenging task when I needed a new furnace/air conditioning condenser/a-coil. Chris Vigil and his team did a great job of installing the units in tight quarters in my crawl space and were able to correct issues with my duct installation and other problems. I also pay an additional small monthly charge for to ensure that my hvac system remains in good working order. Money well spent. Kudos to the team for their professional work ethic! Keep up the good work!
