These guys charged me $149 just to tell me I needed to have a faucet, spigot, and waste disposal replaced. They performed no work at all.

Called because my furnace would not power up. I cleaned it out 2 weeks ago and it was working fine, then it just stopped. Replaced the thermostat and circuit breaker, but still no luck. Called and the tech came and found that the wires had worked themselves loose. He reattached and everything is good to go! Only charged me for a service call.

Knowledgeable, friendly, technician, diagnosed the problem and had our AC fixed in no time. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and had great advice for keeping our HVAC working efficiently.

I had a small leak that was supposedly "difficult access" according to Mr. Fix it (formerly Ben Franklin plumbing). They estimated $765 to fix the problem. I called Joe's on a last ditch effort before attempting to fix it myself. Mike came out, looked and said it would be a little difficult but fixed it in an hour and for $180. Plus on top of that I got a 10% discount!! My total was $176.43. I have added Joe's to my phone contact list. You should too.
