After working with First Alliance Title since 2017 I can truly say this is the best Title company out there for any kind of real-estate needs. Over the past 5 years they have successfully helped my clients and myself navigate and close anything from traditional deals, owner financed deals, Assignments of contracts to Double closings. I can even recall when a transaction went bad with a different title company, and I was able to rely on the closing team at First Alliance title to make sure we stayed on track. Don't look twice, this is the First and last title company you will ever need.
