So. My dryer is fixed, but I feel taken advantage of. I called for a repair estimate and asked if the technician would be able to repair same day or if he would have to come back. The person on the phone said they have parts on them and would most likely be able to fix the same day.The technician came over and I had already taken the dryer apart and knew I needed new rollers, so I left it open to show him. He agreed and priced out all of the parts that I needed, totaling $180. He said it would take 2 hours and quoted me $220 for labor. A total repair job of $400... which is obviously pretty steep. He had to order the parts and told me he would be back on Saturday or Monday and he would let me know. I didn't hear anything over the weekend and received a call on Monday. He arrived and promptly told me he would not work on it unless it was put back together because he needed to confirm what was wrong with it (fine.... but don't you think it should have been brought up the first day... or ANY time between the 2 visits??) He told me he would be back the next day, even though it took be 10 minutes to put it back together and plug it in.The next day he arrives on time, and confirms that it is the rollers and that $100 of the parts wouldn't be needed. He fixed the dryer in 20 minutes instead of the 2 hours he quoted me, AND REFUSED TO ADJUST HIS LABOR COST. The man charges $11 PER MINUTE OF WORK. Then tried to make up a story saying it is hard work and he had to clean behind the motor... really disappointed in the dishonesty and taking advantage of a young woman. Shame.

I scheduled an appointment for a Monday night the device repairman called to say he would be over in 20 minutes. An hour later no repairman and no call. I called the main number and was told they would call the tech and get back to me in 5 minutes they didn't call back. I received a call from the tech on Tuesday morning with some sob story about his phone dying I gave him another chance. He came over and said he needed a part and would come back at 7:00 pm to install. It is now 8:00 pm no call and no tech and I still have a broken washing machine. I will never use these people again if I could I would give them -5 stars

I wish I had the option to not give it even one star. Darrel was the "technician" that came to work on the unit. He ripped the entire wiring unit apart inside the freezer, left the wiring hanging out everywhere. Bypassed crap and flat out ruined the unit that we needed fixed. I called for service on the 13th of November, it is now the 4th of December and I finally kicked this company to the curb and hired someone else. The new people went out and said that he basically trashed the freezer and normally they would never agree to attempt to try and fix what damage has been done. Then when I was given a "quote" over the phone, it was over $400!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I did not give them a single dollar. I will NEVER think about using these people ever again, and I encourage whomever is reading this to do the same.
