Sears Appliance Repair

I made an appointment for my double oven that does not heat up, that took 17 days, then they told me between 8 am - 12 pm . I called at 1 pm for the no show, was told between 3-5 , called at 5:15 , was told they would come between 6 and 7:30. Called at 8 pm and told my appointment was rescheduled for 3 weeks later. I will never use this warranty service Again! Thank Service: Oven repair

This was a warranty work for a fridge that was 6 months old. The manufacturer sent them out. The technician took apart the fridge to make a repair and in the process of fixing that left our brand new fridge dented in several spots and it now makes a horrible noise when the fan turns on. They dont actually care because when I called them minutes after the tech left, I was told to call their damage department. Instead of being a damage department its actually a third party claims adjuster. Its been over a month and the claims people will not call me back. The fridge is still broken. Im back to having to contact the manufacturer for repairs. I would never use this company. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Horrible service! Refrigerator has leak, going on 7 weeks and still not fixed. Home warranty uses them or I would go somewhere else. I would have have given them negative stars if I could.Stay away from these people, one run around after another!

I have washer hs not been repairs for over two ,moths. Now by the time the NXT APPT COMES AROUND. JULY 23 it will be three months the repair tech NEVER shows up never calls just reschedules. I understand I need two repair persons so schedule Me first thing am that way I get two people like I m supposed to and the. They can go on their merry way and I will be happy. I have three giant boxes the size of a washer taking up major space in my home. Cant jardly move around. I a, offered a rental machine but where do I pu it if u pay for rental plus a L these parts. Wouldnt it be cheaper and faster to just give me a new washer. SO EONE PLEASE HELP ME If you just fix my washer Ill quietly go away
