I've been at Ideal Collaborative & CutThroat Crossfit since May 2019 and have loved the experience. I needed something new and different after trying so many things and not being able to run like I used to. This community was so kind and welcoming and really showed me the ropes in a way that made me feel comfortable. I didn't think I was going to stick with it for the long term, but after seeing results and being attached to the people, this is my new fitness home!

I absolutely love the people, all the coaches, the encouragement, motivation, sense of humor and whole fitness/health approach. I’ve never felt more supported, encouraged and bonded to a gym. The coaches also invest in children and juniors - a win in my book! Since December, I work one-on-one with Josh, an IC nutrition coach. I have lost 5% body fat and gained 2.2lbs of muscle since meal prepping and working with an individualized meal plan. I learned these success stats through Rosanne's body fat test rather than just relying on the scale (I have lost 18lbs thus far and have gone from a sz 12 to an 8). The meal plans and individualized approach has made a ton of difference for me. This gym has changed my life. My children and my husband have now joined CF as well (one in CF kids and the other kiddo in the Youth Performance Group)! Thank you to Brian, Katie, Josh, Jake, Debbie, and Kat and all the coaches who make this worth it!
Update! I just celebrated my year anniversary with Cutthroat and I have loved every minute of being a part of this community. Ideal’s whole health approach has dialed in my nutrition and added competition to my goals. I competed in my first CF competition this past summer at A-basin, won Gold at my first weightlifting competition, finished my first triathlon and have successful lost 50lbs. This gym and the coaches have changed my life for the better!

Very knowledgeable crew with experience in not just fitness but also nutrition, life style and more. They even provide bodyfat test service that people from other gyms would come get done. Coaches here are dedicated and passionate and work hard to help us reach our goals. Aside from all the crossfit classes, they have a highly reputable barbell club for those who want to get real with weightlifting. Can’t ask for more!
