Mindi K. Counts, Integrative Five Element Practitioner

I have done 1 to 1 coaching with Mindi for a couple of years, and also taken a few of her classes. Mindi has such a wealth of knowledge around Five Elements, Acupuncture, and Healing. She is very patient with students with varying degrees of experience. Her classes infuse a lot of information and also a spark of fun and lightness, which builds community as we are learning. Her individual healing sessions are top notch and I often refer to the information I have learned from Mindi. I highly recommend Mindi!

You truly have an incredible sense of wonder and wisdom. Having spent the week with you for the Rites of Passage, I felt great ease in speaking my truth and not feeling judged. Mindi's knowledge of health and the body are astounding. She heard my symptoms and worked with their interconnected root causes in a very effective way. I felt so comfortable working with Mindi and would highly recommend her!

Mindi is incredibly sweet, empathetic, knowledgeable, and caring. She creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone, energetically and physically (she is amazing with teas and healthy home cooking). I have seen her as a mentor and a vision quest guide -- in both situations, I felt held, supported, and listened to. Mindi tailors her guidance to my personal situation and interests and I feel welcome to ask her anything. I always feel a grounded, feminine, nonjudgmental presence emanating from her and her gentle encouragement has been invaluable to my growth as a practitioner, woman, and human being.

Mindi is an amazing acupuncturist and healer. Her wisdom of Chinese medicine is profound and she is a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend all of the practitioners at Inner Ocean Center for Healing.
