Do not work with this bank. You can verify your identity over the phone any way you want but they still will not give you your account number over the phone. You have to visit one of thier 5 banks in the U.S. to get it. At that point all they need to see is your drivers licence even though you can give them all that info over the phone. Also their loan department does not review their email for payoffs and will lie to you and say they never got it but email records show it was sent to them without any kickbacks. This bank still operates in the stone age. It will take you weeks to get something done that should only take a day. Steer clear if you want to keep your sanity and avoid the stresses associated with this horrible bank. Those 5 Star reviews are most likely paid for or actual employees. Don't believe me read the other 1 star reviews, or you can find out for yourself.
