Great customer service! Tom was reliable fast , trust worthy and honest . I will be referring him to my neighbors ,family and my friends and will be calling him back in my furture furnace problems!!!!!!

They came today which is when my heater stopped working. I tried calling other businesses, and they all told me it would be a week. it's too damn cold to wait a week. It's a small hometown business owned by a husband and wife, that has super reasonable prices and very knowledgeable in their work. Tom came in and instantly found the problem within minutes, went and got the part to fix it, and had it changed out right away. Then he realized that it was still having trouble blowing and noticed it was clogged so he cleaned it, and got it all fixed within an hr at most. I totally recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs. I plan on calling him back out to service my A.C. this summer. Thanks again Tom!!

WoW!!!! Hometown heating and cooling went way beyond my expectations. I called and they sent a tech over to repair my A/C he diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day!!!! Tom explained every thing to me, every step of the process and the price was very reasonable. I can't say enough. Thanks guys!!!
