They were a bit slow to get scheduled, but their installers, Lex and Jason, were fantastic. They took the extra time to do a really clean install. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

McCormick was assigned to my warranty claim and the scheduler possessed an unenviable combination of ignorance about the products being serviced and pigheadedness in the face of fact and reason. She refused multiple times to send a service person based on fallacious rationale, claiming that the ticket was for the wrong system. The warranty provider even reached out directly and told her that the ticket was correct and she should be sending a provider and she stilled refused. Ive now wasted an hour and a half of my day dealing with her incompetence.

Alex was great! This company was sent out for an inspection for a second opinion from our home warranty company. He assessed the situation and gave us an honest answer with our best intentions in mind. He didn't try to upsell us. I got the feeling that he was looking out for our best interests!
