The pharmacist Mike needs to learn some common courtesy. I submitted a refill via the stores automated system and was advised it would be ready at 6:15. Upon arriving at 7:00, Mike asked me what I needed, I told him that I was there to pick up a prescription. Without a word he walked away. After several minutes I finally asked what the delay was, he informed he was filling my prescription at that moment. Common courtesy, all this individual needed to do was tell me he had not had a chance to get my prescription ready at the time I was advised and that he needed a moment to fill my prescription, instead I received indifference and attitude. I will not use this pharmacy again.

Apparent problem with management. I went in to purchase some items the other day and ended up leaving them and walking out before I could buy them. There was a customer in line ahead of me and the poor cashier was locked out of her register and needed manager override. No manager showed up when I was there. She called twice on the intercom for a manager, once for an extra cashier, and even knocked on the managers office door and know one showed up. I could hear someone on the phone and laughing from the office. I ended up leaving. The cashier apologized but the management should improve the situation.

I really like the store. It was clean and organized. I was welcomed at the door. I was looking for some gel pens today, I eventually found what I was looking for.Everyone was polite. In my opinion nobody really even tried to go an extra mile to satisfy or assist in any customers either. Not a bad experience though, I will be back I liked how well-organized they were. I'll see if the next experience is any different.

Pharmacist, I think name is Mike, was very rude. Prescription was called in two days before, by doctor. I have had my prescriptions filled there for years. When went to pick up, was told they weren’t ready, reason was they didn’t have my insurance. I have had the same insurance for years, same phone number everything the same. How about a phone call if there is a problem! Needless to say this place will not get other penny from me or my family. I would highly recommend, that people need to do business somewhere else, that values your loyalty and business. Have a good day! Good luck!
