I've had nothing but great service and kindness from the management and employees. It's very tiring to work in pharmacy and they're dependable and considerate here.

Last two visits have been less than pleasant. First visit a month or so ago one of the gals behind the desk was rude to my wife. Thought maybe it was a one off. Went back today, same gal same response. Decided to call in and talk to Steve to express concern and that we want to do business where we are treated professionally and respectfully. Did not get a chance to give any names and was told she is a hard worker and I'm sure did not mean to be rude. No apologies. Nothing. Business are closing because customers are finding other business that are willing to treat them better. How can we support a small local business if they can't offer us the decency or common courtesy of respect?

I am recovering from posterior spinal fusion, which is extremely painful. I called this weekend to see if they delivered to my house. The person I talked to said they do in no uncertain terms. I spoke with them several times afterward, yet they still didn't tell me. I sent my prescriptions there only to be told that they DON'T deliver to my area. They also failed to fill one of two prescriptions when my SIL picked up. 6/4 - It gets worse. They also maliciously entered a 4 day prescription as a 14 day prescription, which caused further delay of post-surgical medication. 6/5 - It gets even worse. They also maliciously entered a 15 day prescription as 30 days.
