Ghent Chevrolet Cadillac

Bought a $85k Suburban from Ghent. We always get a warranty. I told the Finance Manager that my wife changes cars often so I need to make sure we could cancel the warranty in case she trades vehicles again. I was told that she could. However, my wife traded her car into a different dealer for a GMC and now they are saying it is only a transferrable warranty. You really did a great job in "getting" us, Ghent. Thank you!

Yes they were nice but I didnt even get my car worked on. I had a appointment in which they was not prepared to put my car in bay so it was with them for a week with nothing happening

Updated 4/4/24 After this review a manager did call and get ahold of me. I explained the situation and they were able to get the correct repair done, "fingers crossed!" They were able to offer a free delivery of my vehicle to me an hour away that was much appreciated. My issues with my truck was an interment one every 2 to 3 days the issue would come up. I've only had it back for a day, so far and so far so good. I pray they fixed it, been dealing with this issue several months and 3 mechanics later so hopefully this review stands. I'll give 5 stars if it doesn't mess up again in a week or 2. I'll update this as it goes thru the process, dropped my truck off for an issue last Wednesday, after having it a week and a half they said it was fixed, only for me to get there and no it's not fixed. I just paid almost 3400 bucks and still not fixed. I live an hour away this is the closest dealership to me. I need my vehicle back and running and this hasn't been beyond frustrating. I'm not rich I just put everything I have into this repair and it's still not repaired and no idea what else to do I'm so lost
