We were very pleased with our experience at Foundation Chevrolet. Beginning with the phone call to confirm availability and details, thru driving away from the dealership was professional, pleasant and loaded with prompt, courteous "customer service." We feel we were treated fairly in negotiations and ultimately felt it was a win/win for everyone. You often hear business's talk about customer service & "we value your business", but many fall short once the process of shopping and purchase ends. We had a great experience here! From the start Brayden and Dominic were both very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. They assisted every step of the way and always got back to me with a timely response to all my questions/concerns. They made the whole car buying process very smooth and easy!

Ty was very helpful and fit my car in even though they were swamped. I feel like he told me what was needed and not try to sell me extra unnecessary services. I will be taking my car back there each time I need it serviced because of Ty.

I have only great things to say about these guys. Ive been dealing with dealers for the past month giving me low ball offers on my car. Called these guys up they had an Escalade very reasonably priced I wanted to trade for. Talked to bill sent him some pictures of my car and he sent me back an offer that Ive been trying to get from the dealers in my area but they just wanna low ball people. Agreed to the terms he sent me got on the road and drove 800 miles to make the deal. Like I said awesome dealership sent me an offer looked over my car when I got there and gave me what they said they would. Ive been dealing with a lot of dealers and it is hard to come by honest dealers like these guys bill was awesome got me out of there as quickly as possible would drive 800 miles again to buy from them. Highly recommend bill and guys here awesome team.
