I think this company is scammy. I think they are out for the trip charge. The quotes I got were so expensive. I got several other estimates half the cost. I just lost the trip charge instead of thousands. I would think twice before going with this company. I think they are price gauging customers. They took 40 dollars for nothing.

I had water leaking from my garbage disposal and could not use the kitchen sink. Other services I called could not get a plumber to me until the following week. Fix-it 24/7 was able to get me one the next day. Raymond Bartet was very professional and courteous. He patiently explained the reasons for all repairs that needed to be made and gave me several options when it came to pricing. I was very happy with the service provided and will definitely use this business in the future. Services: Installation, Garbage disposal repair

They are a complete and utter joke! They charged us over $900 to replace a fan that should have cost WAY less. Silly us for not doing our homework first. Then they said the AC unit wouldnt last through the season (summer 2021) and asked if they could send someone to quote us. Sure, why not. Well this time we did our homework the young man walked in like he owned the place and commented on the things we have in our house. Wow! Nice kitchen! That TV is pretty awesome! Youve got an amazing backyard.. a hot tub?! This is so great for entertaining and stuff! He looked at the AC unit outside from a distance and said it probably wont last another month. Great. We go to the basement to look at the furnace. He cant get over the treadmill we have down there or the soaking tub. We dont have a large house so we opt for a quote on the bare bones but mid-quality unit. Just the outside unit. Then he quotes us for wow!! This is the lowest Ive ever seen!!! Says $16,990 and the interest rate is lowest ever! Too 9.98%. Well, thats over double what the exact same unit costs elsewhere but he didnt quit so we told him we would sleep on it and let him know just to get him out of our house. We told him no the next day and called a local company that said its not something they would replace just yet. That guy was right because its still working! 24/7 fix it didnt push the fan in or secure it so the AC stopped working a couple days later. They wouldnt come out to us because they couldnt reach a tech so we sat around for FOUR DAYS just to call that local company who pushed the fan in and secured it didnt charge us and said he fixes their mistakes ALL THE TIME. Sorry for the rant but its necessary. This company is a complete joke. I warn people about them all the time. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Be very cautious before hiring this company. I called on Saturday with a plumbing issue that was not quite an emergency but more than an ordinary service call. I was asked if it could wait until tomorrow (Sunday) because they were pretty booked-up for a same day appointment. I said that was fine. No specific arrival window was given. Meanwhile, a different company called Sunday morning and said they could come right now. I called 24 7 Fix It back to cancel. What seemed like an offsite answering service took my call and said they're not open on Sundays. Obviously, their name would indicate otherwise. I never heard anything at all from this company on Sunday as promised. Then, at about 10:00 this morning (Monday), they said they were ready for me. I explained what happened and they said, "we are definitely open on Sundays and take care of our clients." I guess I was the exception to that rule. Glad I didn't count on them for Sunday and called around to other companies.
