I have lived in my home built by Kinsman for a year and a half. The windows spontaneously cracked and had to be replaced, the grout in the showers have begun eroding, the baseboards in almost every room are bubbling because water is getting into the house. I had to replace the cheap kitchen faucet already, the cabinets have had to be repaired. The HVAC system wont cool the third floor because they didnt put in an adequate unit. This is just a few of the things that have begun to fall apart after a short period of time. Even if there is a budget there is no excuse for poor quality and poor craftsmanship. Also, they did not honor the fact that they would take a VA loan and waited until a week before closing to refuse it. So that makes me question their integrity. There are plenty of builders out there, pick a different one.

My advice is to RUN from this construction company. Our home may look nice on the surface, but after a year and a half, everything is falling apart. Even the things they "fixed" during our one year "warranty" are going to have to be completely redone on our dime thanks to their poor quality, lack of attention to detail, and what was clearly a cash grab to make a house as cheaply and poorly as possible to get the most profit. Shame on Kinsman.
