Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Alycia for all of her help this week! Alycia helped me while I was in the store for two days in a row with getting new phones and watches for my family She also assisted me in getting the best deal !
Her professionalism and happy attitude really made me feel welcome as a customer.

Went in to get a screen protector. They did not have one, and did not offer to order one. My battery is not holding a charge, and employee told me to go to a website to make an insurance claim which she said she was unable to access as an employee. However when a phone malfunctions the T-Mobile app says to contact T Mobile directly. The app stated claims are for accidental damage, theft or loss, which is not my concern.

Should have immediately walked out when the 3 people acted as if we intruded on them by coming to spent 2000 on upgrading our phones. They acted completely bothered my us being there. Before they even looked at my information told us that we would not be able to upgrade because they were closing in 30 min. This was at 5:15 on a Saturday. I will take my business somewhere else.
