Carter and the rest of the guys from premium carpet really went above and beyond for my house. I just scheduled to have one room cleaned, and unfortunately i didnt have time to move everything out. Him and his team worked so carefully to get the spot out I needed. Brought my white carpets back to life. Never thought Id see them so clean again. Highly recommend giving them your business. I called to make an appointment to get my sectional cleaned when they answered it was very loud and they were very short with the questions I had... but I decide to give them a chance anyways and book an appointment. They took my address and gave me a date & time. On the day of my appointment they never showed up nor called me. I tried calling them and they just ignored my call. Wasted my time as I had to wait a whole week to get an appointment just for them to not show up. Wouldve loved to know this would happen as I wouldve just called and booked a different company. Dont waste your time dont recommend at all.
