Josh and Alex came through and did a pet stain and odor cleaning in my 2nd bedroom. They did an exceptional job as I expected. What really impressed me was how Josh explained his process, what he was looking for, and what they use to treat my carpet. He also educated me on future preventative maintenance in case my dogs use my house as a bathroom again. I chose Josh and his team because they were the ONLY company I talked to that explained everything. I reached out to the top rated carpet cleaning company in NoCo 2x and they never called me back. The others have a dispatch team who cannot explain the service I am inquiring about. Josh answered the phone when I called and made me feel comfortable with the process and decision to choose Heaven's Best. They were on time, great communication, professional and friendly.
