    I returned my rental equipment on 2/16 and I am still being billed for rental equipment.!!! Worst customer service. Also I sent back my less than 1 year old equipment to be serviced due to a very load whistling noise and they kept it for 8 weeks and when I got it back stating that a new motor was put in it....The whistle was as bad ?!?!?!/ Very poor support and customer service!?!?!?

    Addison Tucker brought my oxygen supplies to me on Tuesday Feb 6, 2024, and he was absolutely wonderful!! My dog never barked once at him, and my dog is a very good judge of character! Addison was so helpful, he explained everything with clear instructions. He was respectful and kind. Im glad he was assigned to me!

    Mack was wonderful! Patient and knowledgeable. He made a house call at 8 pm. He fixed our problems and retaught what we needed to do to keep mom healthy. He was terrific Thank you

    My doctor ordered a BIPAP machine through them. They told me that if the machine were to be broken, stolen, or anything else that it would cost me $4900.00 to replace it. I can purchase the same machine for $700.00. After finding out that the machine was not worth anywhere near $4900.00 I cancelled my order. Two days later I get notice that the machine was on it's way. I called them and the company Rotech that sent the machine and they told me I had to bring it back to them after receiving it. I told them that this was not my problem that I had cancelled the order prior to them sending it. I decided to try refusing the order by putting a note on the door. This worked and the machine was taken back. A few days later I called Rotech and they said they had received the machine. The next thing I know they are sending me a notice asking me how I like the machine and to call them with any questions. Then the next day after that, I get a bill. I then proceeded to call my insurance company and yes indeed they were billed. I called Roth and asked why they billed me and my medical insurance and they said they would retract it. I called my medical insurance a couple of weeks later and they still had not retracted it. I'll let you decide whether or not you would like to deal with a company like this. As for me, never again. Roth no reply is necessary, it will not smooth this over. (As you can see, below was an automated response. They didn't even bother to read this.)
