I wrote a positive review about this place 2 mos. ago. I have since changed my mind. I would give them zero stars, but it won't let me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have not been able to get support or cooperation from them. I wish I had listened to the reviews I read and gone somewhere else. I just changed suppliers.

I sure wish I could talk to someone at Lincare. Then maybe I could pay my bill. Their phone system is 100% automated, so if you don't have a customer number, you are SOL. Very poor service.

Absolutely abysmal service; I am over a year out from receiving basic CPAP supplies, and have tried (and failed) to receive the supplies I need on a monthly basis. I can only imagine this is due to them attempting to cut corners and order the supplies in bulk ahead of time instead of doing the paperwork month by month, if the letters I have received from Medicaid have been any indication as to what has been going on.
The last direct correspondence I have had with the company resulted in a bureaucratic, buck-passing loop around that is still in the process of being sorted out. I strongly urge any provider or client who considers Lincare to reconsider, as this review has once again been over a year in the making.

I should have know based on the history with family members but noooo I decided to try them for myself. I picked up my CPAP machine on 12/23/2020 and they tried to tell me I owed them aprox $40 to pick up machine. I informed them that not only had I met my deductable, but I also had met my out of pocket max for the year. They argued with me and wouldn't allow me to show them proof, saying there system told me I owed them money. I then called my insurance and verified what I knew. they gave me a claim # to give Lincare the lady then allowed me to pick up my machine. I had an apoinment wih my Dr. coming up in January and they called to reschedule beacuse Linecare told them they have never gotten the Dr info to get me a machine and couldn't find me in their system. I told my dr I picked up the machine already, a month ago. I then ordered supplys in January and then found out I needed to revise the order based on a size change in my mask, that was done no probelm. it is 03/19/2021 and I still have no supplies, I have made at lease 5 or more calls to the corporate supply portion of the company and was given a different answer each time, this last time I was told to call the local office to find out why my ins hadn't been billed/authorized. I was told they were "maybe" waiting on a missing piece of information, but the girl couldn't tell me what it was or when it would be resolved. I called my insurance authorization department and was told there was not authorization needed for either the machine or supplies!!! Did I mention that Lincare has sent me numerous bills for the suposed $40 I owed them in December and for the supplies I never got! They have yet to bill my ins and I will be switching companies to a company who is more compantent. The local office seems to be unable to bill insurance or understand how insurance works. Goodbye and good riddence!
