My wife and I have had a great experience with The Natural Sleep Store. We bought a new latex mattress which worked fine for a while but then we started having some back pain issues from the mattress. After talking with the store personnel about our issues we figured out what was going on and they provided a firmer mattress layer for free and we haven't had a problem since. The customer service from phone calls to in-person talks was top notch, they took very good care of our needs, listened to us, and worked out a solution that went above and beyond the service we thought we would get. Many thanks to their team and many great nights sleeping for us! We would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I am so happy I found The Natural Sleep Store. They are the best! Amazing customer service. I live in Ohio and I found their store while searching for organic mattresses to help my family breathe better by not having the mattresses we had that were off-gassing. The customer service was amazing and they go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for, very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Speaking of products, they have such a great selection of so many healthy things for the home from air purifiers to organic sofas, so much more than mattresses. My daughter who is chronically ill, wakes up every morning feeling so much better than she has in a long time because of these amazing mattresses that do not off-gas and I am beyond thankful for that. My family is very pleased with our organic non-toxic mattresses. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a healthier option for your home. Non-organic mattresses have so many toxic things that you breathe and your body absorbs while you sleep, I am so happy to not have to worry about that anymore and I definitely see a huge difference in my daughters health from organic mattresses.
