Yesterday, Tyler helped my wife and me pick out a mattress that is perfect for our guest room. He was so pleasant and showed us a variety so we could make the best choice ... We hope his manager gives him a great "pat on the back" because we will come back and let our friends know ... PS, I had mistakenly quoted his name as "Tim" in a previous review ... please note that Tyler is "The Greatest!"

I dont like shopping when I know someone is going to hover over me. Well this was a different experience. Carson is a nice young lady who was very helpful and also very personable. And she knows what shes talking about, because she has the same type of bed I was looking for. I pretty much knew what I wanted but she showed me the different options I could get, and didnt try to bump up the price to make a better sale. I highly recommend this Sleep Number store, as well as the beds.
