This company is terrible! House in Colo 1 YEAR old and they barely started!!

What should have been a three month restoration turned into almost six months thanks to this company. Tim and Nathan were the two people I worked with over this time frame. The service was sub-par and bare minimum effort to fix the problem. That's not the kind of service you want when you have water damage. The reason the project took twice as long as expected is because everything had to be done multiple times. They do NOT communicate with each other at all and I had to ask THREE times before anything was done correctly. Imagine having to baby grown men and call them to ask when they are coming by and what they are going to do. I wouldn't hear from them for two weeks at a time and then they would just show up unannounced. If you decided to use this company make sure you're ready to coordinate everyone's schedules and be there to manage the work they are doing. I don't feel like they completed the work correctly and my attempts to reach a manager at the company who could help me went unanswered. I ended up finishing the work on my own because I couldn't handle dealing with them anymore.
Note: I later heard "Tim is no longer with the company--he must have been burnt out". Obviously since he couldn't even figure out how to paint the outside of a house correctly...

We had a pipe burst in our rental home in Fort Collins . We called Belfor and they responded very quickly. The crew came in and assessed the damage and began to clean up and started to dry the basement. Luis and the crew were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do.
The Belfor crew did a wonderful job and we are working with a estimator from Belfor to repair all the damage . The estimator is working directly with our insurance company to put this unfortunate incident behind us. I would highly recommend Belfor to anyone needing this service..

Watch out for this company they do unsafe and harmful work to the health of their customers and their employees they drill holes in walls before getting the legal asbestos test done witch is Colorado state law also they well leave your job wet for no reason it's just about the money so watch out for Nathan and Tim they are the people who run the shows
