        October 29, 2023 our homes chimney caught on fire, and here I am sitting in the house six months later, with no carpet, second floor is completely gutted, sun room where the fireplace is has a hole in the ceiling around fireplace stack,all our belongs are stored in the garage, so I can't park my car in there, we are sleeping in the quest bedroom, all my clothes are stored in a laundry hamper and sitting on top of the one dress we could get into the room and I can't have any of my plants back in the house, because every day we are waiting for your company to come put our house back together! We've been nice, letting you leave us for a couple weeks to help others with busted water pipes and etc. I guess I should of never been nice about any of this in the first place! Today is April 9, 2024 and no work still!

        Carlos did a fantastic job with my water mitigation. He always communicated the plan clearly and answered all my questions, worked with my schedule and showed up at the times we agreed on, and was very meticulous throughout the entire process. I would definitely request Carlos if ever in this situation again.
