We have unfortunately had to use the ER for our cat and dog over the years but every time they have been wonderful. Our cat became a regular there this past month as he developed seizures and GI issues and the level of care, compassion, and skill is unmatched. Between the vet specialist working together to find a diagnosis, I felt very confident in the treatment. Sadly, we did have to say goodbye to our cat yesterday while he was hospitalized at VRCC and VRCC staff was so kind and made a really sad experience as peaceful as possible. I can't say enough how much I appreciate each and every staff member at VRCC.

This place only cares about money, and employees are rude, unprofessional. They gave my dog bloody diarrhea with the course of medication they prescribed. And when I called them, Victoria stated while yelling at me "I am not going to page the doctor at 11pm on a Saturday!" Not once Victoria asked how my dog was. That tells you all you need to know about their business model.

Truly wonderful people here from the doctors and techs to the administrative staff. They are all very kind, responsive to my numerous inquiries, and patient with my need to spend time near my pals. Im very confident they are getting the best care possible here.

Everyone was so great and compassionate toward our scary situation with our baby. From letting us visit to calling every 2 hours to check in and answering any questions we had. They were everything we needed and more. Thank you VRCC for helping our baby kitty Oliver. Our gratitude is endless for all you do!
