This review is from my fianc and it is 100% true on what they have said, The manager is having a long talk with Dr. May, Dr. May if you are seeing this you couldve put our cats life in danger more due to your negligence I seriously hope that talk your manager gave you set you straight please do your profession more genuinely because if it wasnt for the other vets that exposed your work and care our cats life wouldve been in your ugly hands. we waited over 20 minutes to be seen. after bloodwork, xrays & $1,100 we were left thinking our pet had cancer. Two emergency appointments later somewhere else, my cat is now under surgery for an obstruction in her stomach. this place completely was a waste of time, mental stress & for our wallet. that $1,100 could have gone to actual life saving care. THREE different vets confirmed this vet here should have been able to see something with the xrays but were grateful atleast for her recommendation to get an ultrasound somewhere else. she literally said "I dont think she has an obstruction, she isnt an emergency you can go home." outrageous. I would like to give five stars to the vet technician Alex. Alex made my cat so comfortable. They were very responsive, caring, and made this situation just a little bit easier. Alex, We appreciate you so much.

Great care. Thoughtful staff. Thorough, minimal wait time and cost was discussed prior to procedure/medication being administered. Would recommend highly.

We really appreciated the service received for our dog. He was bit by a stray dog while we were on our walk and in significant pain. Holly and Dr. Saunders were both extremely caring and kind and took really great care of us. We highly recommend this location and service!!!

We had our first visit yesterday, April 6, 2024, and it was an excellent experience. My cattle dog mutt has allergies and had an ear infection that's been brewing for a while. I love the online reservation system- it was super convenient and the tech brought us back to the room as soon as we checked in. They got us in and out very quickly with his testing and meds, vet was great! Cost was very affordable/reasonable At our regular vet office, last time he had an ear infection, it cost us about $210. Here, this visit cost us $270 but the obvious benefit was the extended/weekend hours since my partner and I both work full time. They send a very good after visit summary and they did give me a call today to check up on my pup! We will likely be using them again in the future!
