AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe only gets the second star above because the people I dealt with there were courteous. However, they really did nothing in the end to address my original need. I took my Outback in for a relatively minor issue, that some dashboard lights weren't illuminating, and when I tried replacing the fuse the new fuse would blow immediately. However, in their "care" they blew a system leaving no power to the HVAC controls or Infotainment center. Rather than the minor issue I had come in with, I spent the next eight weeks with a car that had no heat, no A/C, no defogging/defrosting capabilities, no power to charging ports, and no music. Of course AutoNation Arapahoe was apologetic, but took no real ownership to help me through this time other than telling me they would call me when the new part came in. Well, that part did finally come in, and they were nice enough to squeeze me in the next day (like I said, they were courteous). Finally I had my car back to where it was when this whole saga began. But guess what? The dashboard lights still don't illuminate! When I checked the fuse box, there was no fuse, but OK, I still had several left from my first attempt at addressing the issue. I put one in (after testing it to make sure it was good), and it failed instantly! So to sum up, I took my car in for service under warranty; things got worse while in their care; I was put through significant inconvenience for nearly two months; and all they actually fixed was the problem that occurred in their care. After all this I am just back to square one, where I was when I brought the car in to them in the first place. The car is still under warranty for another few weeks, but honestly I am unsure what to do at this point. I obviously still have a bad circuit, but is it worth risking another weeks-long ordeal at the hands of this Service Center?

For the most part, the experience was good. Service was performed on a timely basis, and reps were friendly. The only part that I found unusual is when my service rep informed me that along with the service agreement oil change, filter change, and tire rotation, that I needed an interior air filter changed, which cost me $85. When I asked what the service interval was for the filter, I was told every 10,000 miles. Yet when I came to pick up the vehicle, and was talking with a different service advisor, I was told it was every 15-20,000 miles. This made me wonder if I just wasted $85.

Bought my car (2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee) from these guys. They made things easy. They even made sure the oil was changed for my purchase. I paid for 6 oil changes in the purchase price. Fast forward to the first of said paid services. It took them longer than expected, because the oil drain plug was stripped. Wait. Shouldn't that have been found (and fixed) on the last oil change, that they did? They did not charge me for the new plug, but I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't fixed when they did the oil change when I bought it. They have coffee and vending machines in the waiting area, as well as free Wi-Fi, so the wait time wasn't unbearable. The staff kept me updated as well. Would have been a 5 star review, had it not been for the stripped drain plug (Which should have been replaced before I took ownership).
