These guys have great customer service. They give you options based on your budget and don't come across as pushy or trying to make a sale. Would highly recommend them as your Subaru mechanics of choice.

I don't live in the Denver area and out of nowhere had car trouble with my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. I searched online for a good dealer option and found McDonald ranking in on Google at a 4.9 out of 5 stars, which is really impressive. And what is even better is that they absolutely live up to that ranking! I called Friday morning, distraught that my car wouldn't shift out of park and I needed to get back home to the mountains that weekend. I spoke with D.R. on the phone and he told me to bring it right in if I could get it out of park (had some suggestions for that too) or offered to give me tow service options if I needed it. Over the phone he already had an idea of what was going on, but said they'd know for sure when they saw it in person. Well, I was able to drive it over there on my own. They fit me right in, and told me again what they expected it was. I met with Shawn at this point because D.R. was getting parts for another car they were working on. Shawn had the same estimate on what was wrong as D.R. and showed me where to wait. Shortly after D.R. came over to confirm what they suspected was happening, gave me an estimate on cost, and told me they'd have me out of there soon. The estimate was exactly what he said it was and I bet I did not spend over 30 minutes over all at McDonald. I was blown away with their customer service, professionalism, efficiency, and knowledge. Both D.R. and Shawn were so nice, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with. I live over two hours away from Denver, but am very tempted to come down to specifically take my car back to them. They have a great reputation and great reviews for a reason - they live up to it all! Thanks, McDonald! I'll definitely be back.
