Charged me $110 when I asked to completely rewire two antique lamps that were literally dangerous to turn on. Never called me back, I called after a month, they said they were still on the way to the technicians bench I went to check on them a few weeks later and they magically were done. Still no call. They told me they just spliced the existing wires together, even though I specifically asked them to put new wire in. We took the lamps apart and they did absolutely nothing at all. Wires exposed and everything.

I am giving this business 5 stars. I had a a very old CD player that was not working. It has a strong sentimental value. I didn't want to give up on it. The person who gave it to me, is no longer living. I picked it up today and am more than appreciative, satisfied and happy. Victor, the Service Representative, was so professional; yet friendly. He made me feel like he really appreciated my business. He, another staff person kept me informed, all along, as to how things were going ;what they were finding and what the outcome would be. The price was very reasonable. They deserve 5 stars. Based on how I was treated and the outcome of this repair, if I ever need vacuum service, they will most certainly have my business.
