Suburban Toppers

I purchased a bak flip mx4 from suburban toppers. I am from out of state and went to Colorado to purchase a new truck and went straight to them to buy a cover. 4 months after the purchase I experienced a issue with the topper with it not closing properly. Being that I am not in CO I called and spoke to Chris who then arranged to have bak flip ship me a replacement cover. Great Customer service is hard to come by now a days, but Chris exceeded expectations and got me taken care of.
