Terrible customer service! Went into this business to try and figure out who placed an order without my permission or knowabouts with their sales reps! Then this thief, came in to THEIR store and purchased these items FRAUDULENTLY using my credit card, all while I'm traveling out of town and credit card in my wallet. One of the gentlemen behind the counter and a lady, who both acted of disinterest, and were also acting kind of shady, wouldn't bother to help me answer questions about an invoice that was paid in THEIR store and signed by someone other than myself for a large transaction. All while their invoice SPECIFICALLY STATES, "ALL INVOICES MUST HAVE COMPLETE NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER", none of which was on my invoice, that "I" supposedly placed. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, nor do I plan on ever buying anything from them again in the future. Burned my bridge and transaction has been disputed!
