It's crazy to me that this kind of business is allowed to operate for a profit but they only charged what they legally could under rule 6511 and got me my car right away.

I literally caught the tow truck driver pulling the “tow away” signs out of the trash can and putting them back on the post while looking for my car. When I asked for a little sympathy considering that the signs were NOT POSTED when parking, he accused me of putting them in the trash…………. When he was the person who knew they were located in the trash……….. No sympathy. No discount. They claim to have video footage so I suppose we will see where this takes us. All around inhumane service and appealing communication. I was pleased to know my car wasn’t stolen and would be happy to pay to fee had there been any signs Service: Car towing

I work in local broadcasting. Believe me, I will do everything in my power to put this establishment out of business. I would never want to ruin anyone's livelihood, but that's all they do. Unprofessional, predatory, should not be a business that qualifies for subsidized loans. This is a scam. How do they have a business license? Theft. Just theft. If 1 star wasn't the lowest, this "business" would have zero. Service: Local haulage

This is a predatory tow truck company. They prowel on cars, tow them, and jack up the price to an illegal amount to release them. Our car was impounded from a private lot which did not have proper signage. When we arrived to release our car the associate would not answer our question/concerns, he blatantly ignored us. We plan to take the company to court for their unlawfulness and shady business practice. They are not backed by BBB. If you have to use this company I suggest have a police officer present. They are shady and unethical. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Service: Special vehicle towing
