The clutch on my BMW K1300S went out while I was in downtown Denver,. I googled "motorcycle towing" and found & called Rider Rescue. I told Michael where the bike was and he arrived at my location surprisingly quick. He took great care in loading my bike and delivering it to the Dealer for repair. I have 2001 BMW R1200 c. Another repair shop had checked the bike out in preparation for the season and, at that time, I decided to change the old tires for nitrogen filled new ones. When the new tires were reattached to the machine, the bolts attaching the wheel and hub to the gear end of the shaft the 4 connecting bolts were not torqued to specification and the rear wheel broke away from connection to the shaft head. Michael Levy came to the rescue! He figured a way to get this heavy bike (the wheel and hub had completely pulled loose from the bike and only the front wheel was attached to the bike) on to his lift. At Michael Levy's direction we were able to get the job done. It was no mean feat. He KNOWS his job. He then transported the bike to the BMW shop who understood - thanks to Michael's efforts - our predicament, accepted the bike, got it in temporary condition to be removed to my home shop. WHAT A GREAT PIECE OF WORK!! He, thereafter, has been of much help with the resolution of the problem. I would have had a much more difficult time with this mess if not for the efforts of "Michael The Great". A man for the ages!!!

My bike broke down in the remote area 100 miles east of Denver. Michael made the experience of getting it back to the shop as painless as possible. He was very helpful in planning the logistics of the pickup and actually followed up after the tow and drop off. His equipment is specifically designed for motorcycles, a big plus.
