The "manager" Tony is the definition of a clown. Only after having dropped the car off and spending with an uber back home, 3 hours later Tony the Clown calls me to say he can't install 2 of my tires because they're below threshold, when confronted as to why he didn't check if all the tires were to his taste before I had dropped the car off he said he "assumed" the tires were "good". Refused to help pay for my uber back to the shop for me to go pick up my car with tires he couldn't install because Tony the Clown likes to assume things.

Booked an appointment online and received a reservation number. However, when I went into the store on the date/time I selected, Tony D rudely said, "It doesn't matter if you have a reservation number, you need a confirmation number." Excuse me?! The email I received clearly states, "If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time thats convenient for you." Needless to say, I walked out. No wonder this location has a 3.1 rating.

Had the plastic oil plug strip out of my 2017 F150 while staying down town in Denver, stopped at Goodyear across the street and the lady at desk would do nothing. Walked across street and manager that Saturday said bring truck over and he would take a look. He gave us 6 quarts of oil so we could get somewhere with the truck. Gave us directions to a Grease Monkey so we got it fixed. Don't know about the service but truly a great person.

These guys should win an award for worst service in Denver! Maybe even even worst in the USA. If it wasn't for their location I wouldn't keep trying, but after at least 10 visits of pure disappointment I pledge to stop coming and you should too. They lie to increase their tire sales. I'm sure they don't make much money on general services but its still unethical to lie. Here is one example of many. I went in for a tire repair and tire rotation. They claimed the leaky tire had sidewall cracking and had to be replaced. So I called their bluff, asked them to waive the tire repair fee since they couldn't fix it. but I payed for the rotation. The next day I can see the tires were never rotated (leaky tire in the same position) and then I took it to another shop and they fixed the nail that was in it. So two lies in one visit.
