Namaste was great to work with, made the entire process form initial inquiry, design, build, to follow-up super efficient. Plus we had a rather archaic and crowded breaker box and they took the time replace and reorganize it to accommodate the solar. Best of all, we're paying less than we were each month wile lowering or carbon footprint!

We recently had solar panels installed on our house in Estes Park and Namaste did a fantastic job. The communication throughout the process was very thorough. They gave us an overall breakdown of the process, including expected duration for each step, and updated with every change in the design, installation, permitting, utilities, etc. I can't think of any way it could have gone smoother. Highly recommended.

I gave Namaste rave reviews for installing my rooftop solar panels a couple of years ago - they did an awesome job. However, half of my panels quit working in June and it took a couple of weeks to connect with service department who told me there was a service backlog of 6-8 weeks due to COVID. Ok, not a great answer but understandable. Fast forward 7 weeks since that conversation - not a peep or return phone call even though I have called every week and tried to escalate the problem. I just want to know when my panels will be fixed. I spoke to receptionist last week and week before and she promised to get it to someone to call me back even though service Dept has been slammed. I understand the limitations this virus environment is creating to keep employees safe - but customer service shouldnt be impacted as they can make calls from anywhere. I am actually afraid they are struggling to keep doors open since I cant seem to get any response. It is beyond frustrating. ****follow up: after I posted the initial review, I received call from manager of service, very apologetic. Service within the week and issue resolved.******** 2021 update - I had great customer service this time. I think it was just the upset of Covid with my prior experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and thorough job installing 19 solar panels on my roof over the course of 2 days. Jay and his crew left about an hour ago. I have to say, they were the nicest young men I've had the pleasure of meeting in a while. Very professional, so courteous and kind. AND knowledgeable. They all worked together as a cohesive team too. Jay swept out my garage after accessing the attic...looked beautiful! And Ryan did a beautiful job sweeping the insulation bits up from the hallway and living room too. Very nice people. Jay and Collin did an excellent job explaining the inverter and the power box breaker too. And the process and time line of having the system inspected and ON in the next month. Anna in the office kept me organized with the paperwork. All very timely responses and efficient job. I can't recommend Namaste' Solar enough. Very Best, Sara B
