Do not trust this place. They lied and told me the federal government rebate is ending and I had to install this year to get it. I found out that is not true at all. Why lie to potential customers to pressure sell them? When they called to move forward, I told them I didn't trust them and pulled out. Then the retention team called me and gave the same lie. Now to top it all off, I can hear something crawling around in my ceiling. I went outside and the panel that opens to my attic is hanging open so raccoons or squirrels are in there. The last person up there was the guy that did the site survey. He clearly didn't screw the panel back on properly. I have lived in this house since 2008 and have never had it fall off so I know it was them. Now I have to pay for pest removal. Go elsewhere. There are lots of solar companies that don't mislead and do poor quality work. So annoyed!!

From sales to the installation Blue Raven employees handle the entire process with no "subcontractors" that just show up on jobs. The process went as explained and installation was performed quickly, looked as the plans were made, with quality equipment. The only thing that was not explained very well was the tax rebate that is promised and a used as a definite "carrot" to close the deal. The tax rebate is not just a check sent to you by Blue Raven or any other 3rd party in 6 months as promised. You must file your taxes with the proper form and depending on your particular tax situation and liabilities you may get a rebate as promised, you may get less,bayou may get nothing. This is all between you and the IRS filing for next year's taxes. I felt a little misled by that.....however all-in-all great service and friendly people and still worth making the deal.
