Freedom Solar Power - Denver Solar Panel Installers

My experience with my Sales Rep Andrew Walker far exceeded my expectations. After talking with many Solar reps, it was my discussion with Andrew that made me choose Freedom Solar. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and to follow up with me and handled any and all issues that came up doing the install. He is a real asset to Freedom Solar and I can't say enough good things about him.

I had spoke to quite a few Solar companies in JeffCo before going with Freedom Solar for our installation, due largely to knowledgeable, honest and upfront conversations with their consultant Andrew Walker. Throughout the process, they have been communicative and quick to respond or followup on any questions. I have hade one issue with an electrical installation, which necessitated rework - I received communications from several parties who were apologetic and quick to fix the issue in a timely manner. (Frankly, they seemed more upset about it than we were.) The only detriment to this process has been Xcel from which communication has been spotty, which Freedom has no control over but is staying on top of the matter. So far, I can recommended them.

We interviewed sales reps for three solar companies, and it was Andrew Walker who made the difference. He was willing to explain everything without presuming we knew anything but without condescension. He gained our confidence immediately and has retained it. He knew us by name, responded to questions even after hours and on weekends (which we didnt expect but appreciated. He made us feel that we were important. Although the purchase price of Freedom Solar was marginally the highest of the three, its warranty and Andrews assurance that he would be our go-to person for questions or concerns gave us confidence in him and the company. Freedom Solars end of the deal was timely and professional. We were disappointed that it took from mid-July when the system was installed until October 31 for the system to become operational, but that delay was caused by Boulder County and Xcels failure to inspect promptly. (We also appreciated a post-installation inspection by Freedom Solar that discovered and corrected a misplaced grounding wire that might have set us back weeks if the County guy had found it.) Since then, our solar system has produced more than half of the electricity weve used, despite short days, snowy and cloudy days, and increased consumption from a new heat pump. Now that days are lengthening and warming, we are producing all of our daily electrical needs w plus a little more. I have no hesitation recommending that you consult with Andrew walker or one of his colleagues before making your Solar investment.

Andrew Walker and the whole team at Freedom Solar did a great job. We are entirely please with our system a year and a half in.
