        I wasted an inordinate amount of time calling and visiting different stores trying to replace a specific shower door part to no avail. Within only minutes on the phone, Juan assessed my need and shipped out the exact right part THAT DAY! Not only was it the perfect match, but he sent an extra one just for when that one wears out. Here's the best part: Juan did this all for FREE and when trhe mail was returned to him, he drove them to me. WOW; he has a new, loyal customer for life... I just wish I had discovered him before a month of shoe leather, dial and smile! He's the best in the bz!
