Arizona Shower Door

Ordered our Arizona Shower Doors through Lowe's. From Matt, the sales rep at Arizona Shower Doors, to Perry the installer, we received incredible customer service. Our shower walls are badly out of plumb and out of square, but Arizona Shower Doors was able to set us up with a beautiful, modern hinged shower door that was exactly the look we wanted, and at an affordable price! The installed door looks fantastic and hangs nice and square thanks to Perry's expert installation. Every question or concern we had during the process was quickly and courteously addressed or resolved. It's so rare to receive such great customer service these days, and we have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Arizona Shower Doors.

I have used this company on a professional basis, and just about every shower door I receive is completely demolished in shipping. This has happened at least the past 6 out of 7 times. The reason I have decided not to use this company is that they will not correct the problem, and continue to use the cheapest freight company available. If they genuinely cared they would've done something about it. I've notified them each time, and basically each time I get a destroyed shower door. Beware!

There was a bit of confusion to start between Lowes, Arizona doors, and the installer but Travis at Arizona Doors caught wind if the mishap and stepped up to make everything right. Great quality product as well.
