    I found these very underrated adorable lofts through SmartCity Denver and I'm so glad I moved in! I love the layout of the rooms, the high ceilings, and close proximity to everything in CapHill. I'm living on my own for the first time so I was definitely worried at first, but the neighbors and neighborhood is so friendly and safe I've had 0 issues! The location is within walking distance of King Soopers, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and other local restaurants/ bars/ coffee shops. It's also a quick half mile walk to Cheeseman Park! I don't really have any issues with hearing my next door neighbors and can barely hear the cars on the street. There is also free street parking and I usually don't have issues finding a spot. The garage parking is also some of the cheapest I've found in Denver! I've only had minor issues with the place such as replacing a shade or fixing the key hole, and every time I make a service request I swear they come literally within the hour and they are so nice and helpful! The only cons I have for this place is there's no elevator, so moving can be a little difficult but you'll definitely get your steps in. The stairwells could definitely use a little TLC. Other than that, very happy here!

    I’m on my 3rd month living here and it’s honestly been a great experience overall. After seeing the reviews, I realized there weren’t any recent once’s from actual tenants. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to the issues we’ve had. The water heater ended up busting a couple of weeks ago and they had a team come out and replace it pretty quick. It did take a few days, but that was expected, and they provided us keys to a clean and empty unit to shower/wash in while our hot water didn’t work. Maintenance has been so quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have. The walls certainly aren’t “paper thin” as some of the reviews below imply, but you’re living in an apartment complex, and you’ll sometimes hear your upstairs neighbor shuffling around when they’re moving big furniture, but I’ve never heard their voices or their music. Pretty peaceful community and centralized so you’re close to lots of restaurants and bars and Cheeseman Park if you have a doggo! Honestly, have had a great experience so far. I’ll update this in a few more months as I have a long rest of my lease to go. But so far, so good! (4/17/2021)

    Incredibly happy i didn't lease apartment here! I was right about to sign the lease and even put my deposit, but then had a gut feeling to check out the apartment one more time to make sure it was what i wanted. When checking out again I noticed the door to patio was broken, Cabinets were damaged and it wasn't at all what i wanted. Obviously they arent refunding my deposit now either. Not surprise there at all. Very happy to be going somewhere else!

    Problem after problem!! Apartment problems since living here for 1.5 months: 1. Move in day:locked out because stopper locks push in •payed for locksmith, was not refunded or provided emergency number for repairs 2.Next day: heat broken •called property manager after hours multiple times with no answer, heat was not fixed until the next day in the afternoon. 3.Same week:washer broken water leaking •called to report maintenance issue, was resolved that day 4.Ceiling leak •reported issue that night, blue sky was out the next morning Boutique takes over property management March 13th 5. Ceiling leak still not fixed •called boutique maintenance to fix leak, crew was sent out 2 days later to fix. Water damage and bubbling still present to this day Report broken blind and water damage from ceiling leak •sent formal maintenance request to fix water stain and bubbling from ceiling leak, also noticed blind was missing from upper window. I was sent a text that a crew would be out in a week to fix the water stain and bubbling—still not fixed 6. Massive Pipe burst with ceiling leak * Wednesday 4/16: called emergency maintenance, they were sent out immediately. Arrived within an hour. Waterfall of water coming from ceiling until water was shut off. About an inch of water built up on the floor. Water extraction company was sent out. Water extraction vacuumed water and fans placed on bottom level of floor. I was told a dehumidifier would be delivered that day as well. I was also told my heat and ac could not be turned on r\t problem, but space heaters would be delivered. Space heaters have still not been deliverered and dehumidifier arrived Friday. The loft upstairs was not checked for water accumulation or damage. I was also told it would take a few days to get the part in to fix the problem. I asked to be put up in a hotel and was denied. Dirty wet towels were placed in the tub and left there by maintenance man. * Friday: dehumidifier delivered * Saturday: checked on apt and discovered brown dirty water coming from floor board and bottom of sliding door. Also noticed carpet upstairs was wet from pipe bursting on Wednesday. I placed a fan upstairs and then Called emergency line and reported issues. Was told maintenance would be out to fix the problem. Maintenance man called and said he had sealer and was headed to the apt to fix the problem. * Sunday: larger amount of brown water accumulated and had not been fixed as of this morning. Nothing has been done to act in fixing water damage to carpet upstairs . No dry wall has been taken down to dry out. * I am going on 6 days and my apartment is still legally uninhabitable. Boutique apartments has done nothing for the last 5 days except turn off the water, heat and ac and deliver fans. Everyone knows it takes a lot more work to fix the damage from a massive water leak such as this one. Thus far it’s been a bad experience with problem after problem.
