Karen is a great realtor that responds quickly each step of the way. She has an artistic eye & skill for beautifully staging homes. During the sale of one of my properties, a friend was impressed with the quality of staging & photos that I shared when my condo went on the market, as was I. Karen's kindness, professionalism & prompt communication through the real estate process makes her a great choice for a realtor. Highly recommended.

Karen is phenomenal! My home buying experience started from out of state. She worked with me as I relocated to Colorado. She attended every meeting with me, she advocated on my behalf when we encountered obstacles, and she ultimately helped me find my perfect home. She truly cared about my well-being and made sure I was supported throughout the whole process. I honestly feel so grateful to Karen for all the work she put into making this dream a reality for me and my family. She is a true professional who does business with compassion and a strong moral compass!

My husband and I are so glad we chose Karen as our real estate agent to help us sell our condo! We originally filled out a form through Agent Pronto to find a real estate agent who would be a good fit for us - we received contact information for multiple agents, but chose Karen because of her great reviews. We especially liked the ones that mentioned that she stages homes before listing them and that she has a strong network of contractors she can reach out to for home repairs. We also took a look at the pictures for the homes she had sold, since we wanted to make sure she used high quality pictures. She definitely met our expectations and more! Like we were hoping, staging was a super big help, she hired someone for pictures which turned out great, and she gave us contact information for many different services we needed to fix up our house. We also ran into some unforeseen difficulties selling our house - we had 2 offers fall through and our 1970s cabinets randomly fell off the wall. Karen was very patient and encouraging throughout this and did a great job communicating with prospective buyers through our unique situation and encouraging them that it wasnt on the market for a long time because there was something wrong with the house, but because of circumstances outside our control. It was really helpful to have someone handle all that communication for us while we had to do a quick renovation of the kitchen. Cant recommend her highly enough!

My wife and myself just purchased our first home with the help of Karen. As first time home buyers in the post-Covid housing market, she made our dream a reality. She had been helping us for more than a year get prepared for buying once we moved to Colorado and was always so patient with us and always helped provide us guidance. She was excellent at coordinating with the seller and their agent, helped us every step of the way, and was a wealth of knowledge on different towns/neighborhoods all through the Denver Metro area. Moreover, she was so friendly to both myself and my wife and really made us feel comfortable and we knew we could trust her with everything. I would 100% use her in the future and would never hesitate to recommend her to friends/family.
