Does maintenence and doesn't notify residents that power will be turned off. Couldn't get my garage open and no one is ever at the office so I missed work.

I've been dealing with this company for a few years now I've rented an overpriced studio for years from this company and they have never returned any of my calls or voicmails this company has been ripping people off for years I have some serious issues with a property manager that they will not deal with I have money being told I owe that I have proved that I do not owe and it's all still on my record this company sucks I can't get a call back a message nothing from this company I've called and left vm so many times I just contact media and my attorney now to get things handled this company isn't a good company.

Two of their employees are very unprofessional. One of them, Rachel, or "Nelcy", lied to me to get me to sign a lease. Long story, but basically she told me that I could sign for a one bedroom and if my friend decided to room with me, it would be no problem to switch to a 2 bedroom. So I signed, then later my friend did in fact decide to room with me, but she told me that it would be breaking the lease if I wanted a 2 bedroom. Straight up lie to my face. Another office worker, Diandra, ignores my emails unless I'm about to pay money for some reason. She ignores all of my inquiries. Also, overall living experience is subpar... not worth the outrageous price. Don't repeat my mistake and avoid this place.
