Very poor communication skills and when I was in the property parking lot. I found two agents that worked their belittling a poor kid for misinterpretation of the parking sign even though he said he had knee surgery. Not the best experience for me and I will not use them or recommend their services for purchasing in the future.

Justin Herman is an amazing Commercial Broker. He and his team at Unique Properties know what to do to get the job done! My property had a lot of unique circumstances, not to mention we were in interesting times (COVID), and we were dealing we homeless outside my building on a daily basis. There was a death which changed the statis of the property causing it go into probate, and the list goes on! It was constant chaos!!!! Justin stuck with me, dealt with my frustrations and got the job done. I am forever grateful and thankful. It was far from easy and they continually pushed and figured out the next step. This is definately the company you want to have for any of your Real Estate needs!!!
