        Taking online Gyrokinesis from Meghan has been the best exercise I experience. Really happy for her expertise. I’m about 60 with a wonky back and I always feel so much better after classes

        Meghan is an excellent instructor and has been great with teaching my son. The facility is well kept, and the check-in staff is always there to greet you with a smile.

        The Fluid Fusion studio is second to none. The teachers are well trained, provide valuable corrections, and have a small enough teacher to studio ratio to give you the attention you deserve. I walked into the studio with chronic back pain and over the course of the past year, Meghan has rehabbed me to where I cant remember the last time I had back pain. Consistent private sessions of gyrotonic is what changed my back from bound up to fluid. I cannot recommend this studio and its teachers enough
